Product details

The characteristic of the continuous monitoring system for particulate matter emissions is the use of two measurement methods, and the measurement results are traceable to the true mass concentration of NIST standards, which can meet increasingly stringent accuracy requirements.

·Continuous measurement of particulate matter that can be filtered

·Not affected by changes in particle characteristics

·Design to meet the requirements of EPA PS-11 in the United States

·TEOM method for internal quality reference calibration

Advanced technology

Our particulate matter CEMS combines the advantages of light scattering method and mass microbalance method, and can accurately measure the concentration of particulate matter in flue gas. The system is not affected by changes in particle size or chemical composition, and is linearly corrected using the weight reference method. The system design meets the requirements of US EPA performance specification PS 11 and quality assurance program Procedure 2, and has been validated through audit procedures Method 5 or 17.

Due to the influence of power plant fuel, process, and control parameters, the variability and dynamic characteristics of flue gas particulate matter are very strong. CEMS for particulate matter adopts the dual measurement principle of light scattering and conical<micro oscillation balance (TEOM), which can distinguish between changes in mass concentration or other characteristics of particulate matter. Micro micro oscillating balance (TEOM) is a mass sensor that performs internal reference calibration on continuous measurement of light scattering equipment.

The particulate matter CEMS adopts dilution extraction method, which allows for lower transmission temperature, reduces maintenance, and improves system service life and operation time. The sample diluted in a certain proportion is extracted into the light scattering platform, and this part is continuously measured by the system. In an optional schedule, the sample passes through the light scattering platform and enters the TEOM inertial microbalance platform to convert the light scattering response into true mass concentration.

The particulate matter CEMS consists of a dilution extraction probe, a Model 3880i probe controller, and a pneumatic and electrical tube bundle. The flue gas flow rate can be input into the system through analog and digital communication methods, and both the instrument gas cleaning system and the chassis air conditioning are optional.
